Turnaround
Every Ruby’s Rubbish original is custom made to order. Our turnaround is 7–10 business days before your order ships. We work to get orders out as fast as we can, but please plan on the full 10 business days. In-stock accessories and home goods may ship sooner, sometimes the same day.
Shipping
Orders ship from Collinsville, Texas. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and you’ll get an email with tracking as soon as your order ships. Business days are Monday through Friday, not including holidays.
For orders shipping outside the United States, any customs duties, import taxes or brokerage fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Your shipping address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order comes back to us because of an incorrect address, we’ll contact you to arrange reshipping, and you’ll be charged the new shipping cost.
Lost or damaged packages
If your package arrives damaged or shows delivered but never arrived, contact us within 7 business days of the delivery date and we’ll help you sort it out with the carrier. See our Returns & Exchanges policy for problems with the items themselves.
Pre-sales
We don’t allow pre-sales of our merchandise. This protects your turnaround and our per-design minimums. You’re welcome to advertise your Rubbish to come once your order has been paid.
